Taking Care of our Air

Community Solutions

When communities unite, air quality improves

In addition to the individual actions we can all take to help keep our air clean, we can have a big impact when we work together as a community.

Grow more, mow less

Neighborhood associations, parks and recreation departments, and city and county governments can help reduce pollution with native plants and natural landscapes that require less mowing and maintenance.

Reduce, reuse, recycle

Community recycling programs can help reduce the energy used to produce new goods.
